Job Description for Implementation Executive
The Implementation Executive supports the successful deployment of products and solutions for clients. This role works closely with the Implementation Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, system configuration, training, and client coordination during the implementation phase. It is an entry-level position suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in project delivery and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in executing implementation projects as per defined timelines and scope.
· Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Technical, Support, Sales) for smooth project execution.
· Support requirement gathering and documentation preparation.
· Help configure systems or solutions based on client needs.
· Maintain project trackers, update progress reports, and follow up on pending tasks.
· Conduct basic user training sessions and share user guides/documentation.
· Provide initial post-implementation support and ensure proper handover to the support team.
· Escalate risks, delays, or issues to the Implementation Manager when required.
· Ensure a positive customer experience during onboarding.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Basic understanding of project management concepts.
· Ability to learn technical systems and explain them in simple terms.
· Strong follow-up and time management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
· Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
· 0–3 years of experience in implementation, operations, or client coordination roles.
· Experience in Healthcare IT or software implementation is an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Timely completion of assigned implementation tasks.
· Accuracy in documentation and configuration.
· Client onboarding satisfaction feedback.
· Smooth handover to support/operations team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
