We’re looking for an Operations Lead to manage daily job flow, support customers, and oversee Tapper (contractor) operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery and platform growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job bookings, tracking, and completion
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues
- Onboard and manage Tappers
- Monitor performance and service quality
- Convert leads and support platform growth
- Coordinate with internal team.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in operations/customer support preferred
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Comfortable working remotely as per PST timing.
