Key Responsibilities
? Order Acquisition & Commercial Support
o Support acquisition-related activities, including negotiation of terms and conditions with clients
o Conduct and coordinate commercial contract reviews and negotiations for customer contracts.
o Participate in commercial negotiations with the customer and ensure alignment with organizational guidelines.
o Liaison with internal stakeholders like CF F, CF T, Legal, EXIM for the purpose of order acquisition & commercial execution of the contracts.
o Ensure adherence to internal LOA guidelines.
o Ensure to comply applicable guidelines for Offer submission, Order negotiation, Order Booking.
o Follow up with the customers for timely booking of planned revenues.
o Review and vet Bank Guarantees; facilitate their processing and issuance based on contract requirements.
? Receivables & Cash Flow Management
o Manage debtors & ensure timely realizations of contractual payments.
o Handle LC documentation and coordinate with banks & customers for negotiations.
o Follow up with customers to close outstanding dues and improve cash flow.
o Ensure to take commercial actions of the contract timely to achieve various milestone payments on time.
o Ensure to maintain correct & errorless bookkeeping on time. (DEBTOR /TDS /EMD /SD/FNS/JVE)
o Reconciliation of receivable accounts / obtain balance confirmation from customers.
? Key Account Management
o Independently manage and support key customer accounts
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key and strategic customer accounts
? Reporting & MIS
o Support the region in preparing and sharing regular business reports
o Ensure timely and accurate submission of required data and MIS
o Timely compliance of Audit queries.
? Experience & Skills
o Strong understanding of business and commercial processes
o Experience in contract handling, receivables management, and customer coordination
o Ability to manage responsibilities independently and handle multiple stakeholders.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
o Good communication and negotiation skills.
