We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Associates to join our growing team in Bangalore and support patients across the USA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound calls, understanding their medical concerns, coordinating doctor appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include gathering patient information, booking appointments with the nearest healthcare facilities, coordinating with patients, caregivers, and family members, providing calm assistance during emergency situations by collecting critical information and coordinating with ambulance and hospital providers, and accurately updating patient records in the database for medical staff.
Candidates with 3–12 months of experience in healthcare, claims, clinical support, or as a doctor's assistant are preferred. A degree or certification in healthcare disciplines such as Nursing, Pharmacy, MBBS, BDS, Physiotherapy, or Paramedics is desirable. Strong spoken English, the ability to understand US accents, knowledge of medical terminology, empathy, patience, and excellent organizational skills are essential.
This is a Day Shift role (2:30 PM–11:30 PM IST) with fixed weekends off, offering an excellent work-life balance through a 5-day work week. Employees also enjoy free two-way transportation, complimentary breakfast and lunch, and unlimited tea, coffee, and snacks.
