1. AI-Driven Creative Conceptualization
KRA
- Lead ideation of event themes, narratives and immersive experiences using generative AI.
- Create AI-generated moodboards, concepts, story frames and pre-visuals for events and AV content.
- Explore and test AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) for creative exploration and rapid prototyping.
KPIs
- % of pitches/projects where AI-led concepts are successfully implemented
- Average turnaround time for AI concept decks and moodboards
- Client approval rate at concept stage
- Number of unique AI-generated concept directions proposed per project
- Reduction in ideation time compared to traditional workflows
2. Visual Strategy & Creative Direction
KRA
- Define and own the overall visual language for events, stages, branding, installations and videos.
- Ensure visual consistency across static, motion, AI and 3D outputs.
- Align visual direction with spatial design and experiential flow.
KPIs
- Brand & visual consistency score (internal review)
- Number of reworks due to visual misalignment (lower is better)
- Stakeholder satisfaction on visual clarity and direction
- Successful translation of concept to final execution (%)
3. Image, Video & 3D Asset Creation
KRA
- Oversee creation of AI-generated images, videos and motion visuals.
- Enhance AI outputs using Blender, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.
- Ensure output quality meets studio and client benchmarks.
KPIs
- Quality rating of final visual assets (internal + client feedback)
- Asset delivery adherence to timelines (%)
- Reduction in outsourcing cost due to in-house AI + 3D capability
- % of AI assets successfully refined into production-ready outputs
4. Event Design Visualization & 3D Rendering
KRA
- Visualize stages, installations, entrances, brand zones and environments.
- Translate ideas into photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs and mockups.
- Support production and approvals through accurate visual representation.
KPIs
- Approval rate of 3D visuals in first or second round
- Accuracy score between 3D visualization and on-ground execution
- Time taken to deliver renders post-brief
- Number of visualization-led design decisions adopted by clients
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
KRA
- Guide designers and artists on AI workflows and best practices.
- Collaborate with client servicing, production, operations and design teams.
- Enable smooth creative-to-execution handover.

- Team adoption rate of AI tools and workflows
- Reduction in dependency bottlenecks during creative execution
- Cross-team collaboration feedback score
- Number of internal AI training or knowledge-sharing sessions conducted
6. Client Pitching & Creative Presentations
KRA

- Present creative vision and AI-driven storytelling to clients.
- Support business development with compelling visuals.

7. Trendspotting, R&D & Innovation
KRA
- Track global trends in AI, 3D, motion design and experiential storytelling.
- Experiment with new tools, workflows and creative techniques.
- Continuously elevate studio output and competitive edge.

- Number of new tools/workflows tested per quarter
- Innovation ideas implemented in live projects
- Studio differentiation feedback (clients & leadership)
- Contribution to studio IPs, toolkits or signature styles
8. Efficiency, Process & Scalability
KRA
- Optimize creative workflows using AI to improve speed and scalability.
- Balance creativity with feasibility, timelines and budgets.
- Ensure process documentation for repeatable AI + 3D workflows.
