Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer – Marketing & Content Analytics to drive the user experience strategy and design for data-intensive marketing platforms and content analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces that transform complex marketing and analytical data into meaningful, actionable insights. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build modern dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics-driven applications that enhance decision-making and user engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesUX Strategy & Product Design
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for marketing and content analytics platforms.
- Define user journeys, personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.
- Design intuitive dashboards, reporting tools, and data exploration experiences.
- Ensure seamless navigation and user-centric workflows across web applications.
Data-Driven Experience Design
- Simplify complex marketing and analytical data into clear, visually engaging interfaces.
- Design KPI dashboards, performance reports, and visualization components.
- Collaborate with data analysts to improve storytelling through interactive visualizations.
- Optimize user experiences for faster insights and informed decision-making.
User Research & Usability
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and research sessions.
- Understand the needs of marketers, analysts, and content teams.
- Identify usability issues and recommend data-driven design improvements.
- Align UX strategies with marketing funnels, customer journeys, engagement metrics, and conversion goals.
Design Systems & Consistency
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, reusable components, and style guides.
- Ensure design consistency across multiple products and platforms.
- Establish best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
- Promote reusable design patterns for efficient product development.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Engineers, Marketing Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices across the organization.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product strategy discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with strong exposure to marketing technology or analytics platforms.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js using component-based architecture and state management.
- Expertise in Next.js for Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and high-performance web applications.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS-in-JS frameworks such as Styled Components, Emotion, or Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, accessibility (WCAG), interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, or business intelligence applications.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and information architecture.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer analytics, or content management systems.
- Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing metrics, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative product development.
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven user experiences is an added advantage.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
