We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and team management.

Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standards

Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, taxation (GST, TDS), and audits

Coordinate with internal and external auditors

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency

Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business planning and analysis

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally, etc.)

Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Min 2 - 4 Years Experience post CA (Mandatory)
