We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to selection, hiring, and onboarding. This role is responsible for identifying the right talent through Non-Technical Hiring, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, and ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will source candidates through job portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, screen and evaluate applications, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and support onboarding documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of candidate selection methods, bulk hiring, headhunting, and recruitment best practices, along with the ability to identify the right talent for business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.
- Screen and evaluate applications through calls, emails, and pre-interview assessments.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate interest, personality, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and completion of all required documentation.
- Follow up on applications received for open positions.
- Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the organization's workforce planning.
- Compile interview questions and manage the interview process efficiently.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Experience in Non-Technical Hiring.
Skills Required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
- Strong understanding of the Recruitment Cycle.
- Ability to identify the right talent for business requirements.
- Experience in handling multiple and bulk hiring.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
