The role requires continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring successful execution and fulfillment of objectives within the defined scope and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations from plans.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Ability to use project management tools and software to track progress and generate reports.
