About the Role
As an Apprentice – Technical, you will get hands‑on exposure to facility management and technical operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career by learning on the job under the guidance of experienced engineers and site managers.
How This Apprenticeship Will Help YouGain practical experience in building operations and maintenance
Learn about HVAC, electrical, fire & safety, and MEP systems
Understand how large commercial buildings are managed
Get exposure to vendor coordination, safety processes, and documentation
Build a strong foundation for a long‑term career in facility management and engineering services
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the site engineering team in daily technical operations
Assist in monitoring HVAC, electrical, fire & life safety systems
Help maintain asset lists, reports, and technical documentation
Support Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Assist in inspections, safety compliance, and emergency drills
Maintain basic engineering reports such as DMR and MMR
Eligibility / RequirementsGraduates from the last 2 years.
No prior work experience required
Should not have any PF account
Candidates should not be currently enrolled or previously registered under any Apprenticeship program
Willing to work 6 days a week from Gurgaon location
