Shaakya Polimer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead sales operations, drive business growth, expand the dealer/distributor network, and achieve revenue targets for our PVC pipe manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team across assigned territories.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
- Drive market expansion, business development, and project sales.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports.
Requirements
- 10–18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Pipes Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in PVC, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, SWR, Agricultural, Plumbing, or Infrastructure Pipes is preferred.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor management and business development.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
