Ø Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Manager at Lohia Jain Group, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers throughout their property-buying journey. You will ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely support to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ø Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from booking to possession.
2. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Handle client queries related to project details, payments, documentation, and possession.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams for smooth workflow and communication.
5. Manage customer data, follow-up schedules, and communication records in CRM software.
6. Ensure timely collection of payments and track milestones as per agreements.
7. Assist customers with agreement signing, loan documentation, and handover formalities.
8. Handle post-sales services, feedback, and customer grievance resolution.
9. Represent the company with professionalism and uphold brand reputation.
10. Any other work assigned by higher authorities.
Ø Qualification
A) Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, or related field. (MBA preferred)
B) Experience: 3 –5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in Real Estate or Property Development sector.
C) Skills:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
2. Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools/software.
4. Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
5. Pleasant personality, patience, and professionalism in client interactions.
6. Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
