Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and target potential clients (startups, small businesses, freelancers, etc.) interested in co-working spaces.
o Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
o Reach out through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
o Address client inquiries, provide tours of the facilities, and explain the benefits of our co-working solutions.
o Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Create customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
o Provide insights to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
o Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
o Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
