What You'll Do
* Discover and onboard creators across Instagram
* Build and maintain influencer relationships
* Coordinate gifting campaigns and collaborations
* Track campaign performance and creator deliverables
* Stay on top of trends, viral creators and emerging content formats
* Assist with campaign planning, reporting and influencer outreach
Who We're Looking For
* Passionate about social media and creator culture
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic productivity tools
* A self-starter who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
Bonus Points If You
* Already follow the creator ecosystem closely
* Have managed creators at your previous stint
* Love discovering new talent before they go viral
