- Customer Acquisition & Sales: Actively identifying, approaching, and enrolling new members into various chit fund schemes.
- Scheme Promotion: Clearly explaining company plans, benefits, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with subscribers to ensure trust and retention.
- Collection & Compliance: Assisting in collecting installments, managing overdue payments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Target Achievement: Driving business growth by consistently achieving monthly and annual enrollment and revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand trends and competitors
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to explain complex schemes effectively.
- Sales Drive: Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, often requiring field visits.
- Networking: Ability to build a strong professional network and generate referrals.refine sales strategies.
