Job Title: Security Officer – Magic Frames Cinemas
Job Summary:
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and cinema property while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor entry and exit points of the cinema.
* Conduct security checks of guests and belongings as per company guidelines.
* Maintain crowd control during peak hours, movie releases, and special events.
* Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and cinema assets.
* Patrol the premises and report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
* Assist in handling emergencies, evacuations, and fire safety procedures.
* Coordinate with management and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
* Guide customers and provide assistance whenever required.
* Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behaviour at all times.
Requirements:
* Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred.
* Previous experience in security services is preferred.
* Good physical fitness and alertness.
* Basic communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of basic fire safety and emergency procedures is an advantage.
