Desired Candidate Profile:
Prior and extensive experience in handling Web Application Development teams and 2-3 years of hands on experience in development is preferred .
Should have a proven track record of managing operational KPIs, SLAs, initiatives, risks etc.,
Should have driven initiative of improvement, innovations and automation.
Should be able to identify, document, review, mitigate risks to service within Process, People and Technology.,
Should be able to ensure focused engagement of various initiatives as per the contractual agreements.,
Should be able to demonstrate personal flexibility and focused delivery to ensure the team deliver quality solutions and increase customer satisfaction.,
Should develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.,
Should be able to plan, track, monitor Technical deployments, upgrades, changes on the customer landscape.,
Should be able to work with Cross Functional teams to achieve results.,
Awareness of ITIL and other QMS processes (ITIL Intermediate, Project Management Certifications will be an advantage)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide techno-functional leadership and manage a team of 15 developers
Juggle and prioritize multiple deliverable across multiple projects simultaneously
Do sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives with focus on the delivery of features
Ensuring delivery management discipline, bpm processes implementation, and status reporting
Coordinate and collaborate with BA, Quality and business teams to deliver next-generation, high-quality product .
Ensuring prompt identification and resolution of delivery issues and accountability for resolving escalated issues according to governance escalation procedures
Responsible for People Development, Capacity planning, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder communication.
