Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
Handle data entry and document management.
Coordinate with sales and field staff for daily updates.
Manage emails, calls, and internal communications.
Assist in customer follow-ups and lead management.
Ensure accuracy of data and maintain confidentiality.
Support management with administrative tasks as required.
