- Contact potential customers from provided leads/database
- Explain interior design services and company offerings
- Understand customer requirements and generate interest
- Schedule appointments for sales consultants
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
- Update customer details and lead status in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead handover
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Prepare daily call reports and updates for management
