Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven IAM automation solutions and workflows.
- Develop intelligent orchestration using AI/ML, Agentic AI, Lang Graph, and virtual assistants.
- Build automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Create AI-powered dashboards, reporting, and monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Improve operational efficiency, security controls, and end-user experience through modernization initiatives.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, API integrations, and automation best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience in IAM, automation engineering, and AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, scripting, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning, and intelligent automation tools.
- Experience with IAM concepts such as RBAC, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, and cloud environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
