Nextstep Solutions is a leading provider of CCTV and networking, and electronic security system solutions, delivering installation, maintenance, and project support to corporate clients across India. We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Client Coordination Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate PAN India CCTV, attendence system and other electronic products installation and service activities.
- Handle client communication and provide regular project and service updates.
- Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and suppliers for timely execution.
- Assign and monitor service calls until successful closure.
- Prepare quotations, work orders, purchase orders, and maintain project documentation.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, scheduling, and service completion.
- Maintain MIS reports, service records, and project trackers.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Technical, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure timely response to customer requests and SLA compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Coordination, Client Coordination, or Project Coordination.
- Experience in CCTV, Networking, attendance system is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Salary
₹20,000 to 30,000 rupees per month (Based on experience and skills)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
