Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with US-based customers
- Identify issues related to:
- Printers (installation, connectivity, troubleshooting)
- Antivirus (installation, renewal, security issues)
- Deliver quick troubleshooting steps and technical guidance
- Pitch and sell:
- Antivirus subscriptions
- Printer support plans / services
- Build customer trust and maintain professional communication
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
