- Guest Services: Welcome arriving guests, process check-ins/check-outs, and verify reservations according to resort standards. [1, 2]
- Communication: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information about resort amenities, local Marari attractions, and packages. [1, 2, 3]
- Coordination: Work closely with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to ensure rooms are prepared and guest requests (e.g., extra towels, dining reservations) are promptly met. [1]
- Billing & Administration: Process payments, manage guest folios, and handle currency exchange or safe deposits. [1, 2]
- Complaint Resolution: Listen to guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. [1]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant front office experience, though luxury resort/hotel internships are often considered. [1]
- Education: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration is highly preferred. [1, 2]
- Skills: Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office. Excellent fluency in English and Malayalam/Hindi is a strong asset. [1, 2]

Working Conditions
