We're looking for a versatile Content Creator who can wear two hats - building our own agency's brand presence while also creating standout content for our clients.
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, adaptable Content Creator to develop engaging content both for Creative Point's own brand channels and for our client accounts. You'll split your time between showcasing our agency's voice, culture, and expertise, and producing high-quality content that helps our clients grow. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can switch tone and style depending on the brand.
Key Responsibilities
In-House (Creative Point Brand)
- Create content for Creative Point's own social channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Produce brand storytelling content — team culture, behind-the-scenes, case studies, hiring campaigns
- Write blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy that position us as industry experts
- Track and optimize our own channel growth and engagement
Client Work
- Create original content for client social media accounts across platforms
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, ad copy, and email content for clients
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos and reels for client campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team on client content calendars
- Track content performance across client accounts and suggest data-backed improvements
General
- Design graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for both in-house and client needs
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor content
- Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas
- Manage multiple content calendars and shift smoothly between different brand voices
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing writing, video, or design work (personal or client-based)
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across brands
- Comfortable being on camera or directing shoots when needed
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics
- Strong organizational skills to manage in-house and client work simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating content for both an agency's own brand and external clients
- Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
- Knowledge of paid social ad content best practices
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
