About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Head to lead our Kochi sales operations. The role involves managing a high-performance team, driving revenue growth, and implementing winning sales strategies in the EdTech/training space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead quality and campaign alignment.
- Track KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Visit colleges regularly to promote the organization's courses and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, principals, HODs, placement officers, and faculty members.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and awareness programs for students.
- Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- EdTech or training industry experience preferred.
