Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacies, distributors, stockists, hospitals, and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and explain their features and benefits.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with existing customers to obtain repeat orders and strengthen business relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
- Update customer information in the CRM or sales database.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share market intelligence with the management team.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Pay: ₹8,522.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month
