EduCADD Jayanagar is looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and passionate Civil Engineering Software Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students and professionals across a comprehensive suite of Civil CAD, BIM, Structural Analysis, and Project Management software.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct engaging theory and practical sessions for students and working professionals on various Civil Engineering software.
- Curriculum Management: Guide students through course modules, assignments, and live-project simulations.
- Student Mentorship: Address queries, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure successful course completion.
- Lab Management: Assist in maintaining the lab environment and ensuring software readiness for batches.
Technical Skill Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess proficiency in the following software domains:

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in structural design, site execution, or software training (Freshers with exceptional software command and communication skills may be considered).
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex engineering concepts in a simplified manner.
