Role Overview
Mascot Spincontrol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Clinical Research to lead and manage cosmetic and personal care clinical research projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a Cosmetic CRO environment and possess strong project management, client handling, and operational coordination skills to ensure successful delivery of studies within timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of cosmetic and personal care clinical research projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and study execution strategies.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Study Operations
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Investigators, Data Management, Photography, and other internal teams to ensure seamless study execution.
- Ensure studies are conducted as per approved protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor participant recruitment, study progress, data collection, and report timelines.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support proposal discussions and study feasibility assessments when required.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to GCP, ethical standards, and internal quality systems.
- Review project documentation, study records, and final reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional project teams and drive accountability for project deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Business & Strategic Support
- Support business development teams with technical input during client discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, turnaround time, and client experience.
- Contribute to strengthening Mascot's project management and operational excellence framework.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in clinical research, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Clinical Research, preferably within a Cosmetic CRO.
- Proven experience managing multiple clinical research projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic efficacy, safety, dermatology, and consumer studies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
