Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and hardware
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Configure and manage Active Directory
- Handle network administration, including firewall setup (Sophos preferred)
- Set up and manage VPN configuration
- Oversee biometric systems and gate access control
- Manage and monitor CCTV systems
- Ensure system security, backups, and smooth functioning of all IT services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory setup and management
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls (Sophos), and VPN setup
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with biometric systems, CCTV, and access control systems
- Good understanding of IT hardware and network infrastructure
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
