Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transport operations and vendor management.
- Monitor trip execution, fleet utilization, and SLA adherence.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely escalations.
- Coordinate with clients, transport partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in employee transportation, fleet operations, or logistics.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
