Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end Human Resource operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee relations. The candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support business growth and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Organize training and development programs.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and probation reviews.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee development plans.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other HR regulations.
- Ensure accurate employee documentation and legal compliance.
General HR Administration
- Support management with HR reports and MIS.
- Handle HR audits and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and organizational culture.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of End-to-End HR Operations.
- Excellent Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in overall HR operations.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with excellent presentation and communication skills.
