1. To devise and implement a Sales Strategy for the Territory 2. To expand the distribution network in the assigned territory i. Approaching various market players to generate Leads ii. Coordinating with the Head Office in segmentation and finalizing the Terms with distributors 3. To manage the present dealer network. 4. To manage and supervise the SR Team in the Territory 5. To meet the day-to-day requirements in terms of: i. Getting orders from the dealers as per the assigned targets. ii. Collecting payments and reducing outstanding. iii. To ensure that the credit notes reach the dealers on time. iv. To maintain account clarity with the dealers. v. To expand the network in terms of new dealers. vi. To brief the dealers on the new schemes and the target products. vii. To conduct regular meetings with local marketing vendors for Local Marketing Requirements viii. To fill in the plan's daily reports in CRM.
