Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with scripting and customization within the ServiceNow platform to tailor solutions according to business needs.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain system stability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
