Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. This role requires exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and important business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, financial summaries, and management reports.
- Support special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- Additional certification in office administration or business management is an advantage.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is preferred.

- Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)

Compensation
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
