Defend the systems that hold hundreds of thousands of people's employment data.
Vensure Employer Solutions is one of North America's largest privately held employer-services organizations. Our systems hold payroll, benefits, and personal data for the employees of thousands of client businesses, which makes security here consequential in a very direct way — the data you are protecting is the kind people cannot simply change if it leaks.
As a Cybersecurity Analyst you will work alongside other IT and security professionals to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents. Day to day: continuously monitoring network traffic, system logs, endpoint detection, and security alerts to identify threats and vulnerabilities; responding to and investigating alerts, suspected breaches, and network intrusions; executing incident response tasks; reviewing vulnerability assessments and helping mitigate what they surface.
You will also create and work security tickets against defined procedures, contribute to briefings and reports used in management reviews and compliance audits, propose improvements to standard operating procedures and tooling, partner with IT and product development teams on security operations and risk mitigation, and help colleagues understand security concepts as part of your role.
You will need:
- Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of equivalent experience in a related field — relevant certifications and non-traditional training count
- Working knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, applications, and security technology concepts
- Hands-on experience operating security toolsets: SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability, including risk assessment
- Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail, and comfort handling several things at once
- Genuine team-player instincts across cross-functional groups
Preferred: an entry-level security certification such as Security+ or CEH; cloud security exposure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; familiarity with SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS; and scripting in Python or PowerShell for automation.
A good fit if: you are early in a security career and want real incident work rather than dashboard watching. This is a defensive security operations role with a clear path to deepen in incident response, vulnerability management, or compliance.
The schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday, at our Noida office. Not a night shift — your final hours overlap the start of the US working day, which is when coordination with the wider security team happens.
