A5 Experiential Media is looking for a proactive and people-first HR Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a central role in keeping our people operations running smoothly, from recruiting top talent to supporting a workplace culture where everyone can do their best work. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring workflows, including posting jobs on relevant portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), screening resumes, scheduling interviews across departments, and keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure new joiners have a seamless first-day experience by coordinating offer letters, documentation, system access, and structured orientation sessions aligned with Atlas Media Group's culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure adherence to Indian labour laws, including the Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, leave, payroll, and benefits.
- Escalate complex matters to the HR Manager while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, town halls, and cultural events that reflect Atlas Media Group's values and strengthen team morale.
- Support HR analytics, prepare MIS reports, and assist with ongoing people projects such as performance cycles, policy reviews, and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Executive, or similar role, preferably within media, advertising, or creative industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) or PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian labour laws, PF/ESIC processes, and core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools such as Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar platforms.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information and internal matters.
