About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to expand and manage our channel partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with brokers, real estate consultants, and channel partners to drive sales and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
* Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings for channel partners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead generation.
* Track partner performance and provide regular reports to management.
* Organize channel partner events, site visits, and engagement activities.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate.
* Strong networking and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
* Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the city.
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with real estate developers or channel partner networks.
* Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market.
