We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to join our team on a full-time morning shift. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire learners from diverse backgrounds. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and result-oriented spoken English sessions while creating a positive learning environment.
The role involves planning and conducting classroom sessions focused on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, public speaking, group discussions, presentation skills, interview preparation, business communication, and personality development. Trainers are expected to assess learners' progress, provide constructive feedback, prepare lesson plans and study materials, and ensure that students achieve measurable improvement in their communication skills.
Applicants should demonstrate strong classroom management abilities, creativity in teaching methodologies, and a learner-centered approach. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
