Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Hindi Teacher to teach students for (Grades I – VII). The ideal candidate should possess excellent command of the Hindi language, effective teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students to develop proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension while fostering an appreciation for Hindi literature and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi to students in Primary and Secondary Grades (Grades I–X) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Assess student performance through classwork, projects, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Encourage students to participate in literary activities, storytelling, debates, poetry recitations, and language competitions.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and school initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi or a related subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- CTET or State TET qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a Hindi Teacher in Primary and Secondary Grades.
- Experience in CBSE, ICSE, or State Board schools is preferred.
