MindGen is looking for a creative and passionate Creative Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs across multiple industries. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling through design, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Develop high-quality visuals for product launches and brand promotions.
- Create marketing collateral for the education, FMCG, consulting, and other industry sectors.
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Prepare visually appealing corporate presentations, pitch decks, and consulting presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva
- Presentation Design Tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (UG) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or any related design discipline.
Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Creative Design or Graphic Design.
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kovilambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
