Position : HR Intern
Location : Surat
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new interns and employees.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Contribute to performance tracking and attendance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the HR team on organizational development and learning initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
