Position: Pre-Sales Consultant – Sustainability
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales Consultant – Sustainability to support the sales and consulting team in delivering impactful sustainability solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and provide sustainability-focused solutions
- Drive deal closures, onboard clients, and conduct market visits (this is essential)
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients
- Conduct market research on ESG and sustainability trends, frameworks, and regulations
- Assist in client meetings, demos, and discussions to articulate service offerings
- Collaborate with internal consulting teams to align solutions with client needs
- Develop customized solutions and value propositions based on client requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely delivery of pre-sales activities
Requirements:
- MBA (or pursuing) in Marketing / Sustainability / Business Strategy
- Strong interest in or understanding of ESG and sustainability concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good research and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, BRSR, etc.)
- Prior internship/experience in pre-sales, consulting, or sustainability domain

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
