Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and experienced Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to deliver exceptional guest experiences for our luxury hospitality brand. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
· Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience at all touchpoints.
· Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
· Coordinate with service, kitchen, and bar teams for smooth operations.
· Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback.
· Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance service quality.
· Ensure adherence to brand standards and grooming guidelines.
· Assist in managing reservations and guest flow when required.
Eligibility Criteria
· 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in luxury hospitality / fine-dine / clubs).
· Graduate in Hospitality or relevant field preferred.
· Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
