# Key Responsibilities
### Ayurvedic Consultation & Treatment
* Conduct Ayurvedic consultations and assess patient health conditions
* Recommend suitable Ayurvedic therapies, treatments, and wellness plans
* Guide guests on diet, lifestyle, and holistic wellness practices
* Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records
### Therapy & Wellness Coordination
* Coordinate with therapists for proper execution of therapies
* Ensure therapies are performed as per Ayurvedic protocols and company SOPs
* Educate guests about Ayurvedic treatments and wellness benefits
* Support customized wellness and detox programs
### Guest Care & Experience
* Provide exceptional guest care and professional consultation experience
* Handle guest queries and concerns professionally
* Maintain patient confidentiality and medical ethics
### Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain consultation records, treatment notes, and follow-up details
* Prepare reports and update management when required
* Ensure proper documentation of therapies and recommendations
### Hygiene & Compliance
* Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards
* Ensure treatment areas and wellness facilities meet required standards
* Maintain professional grooming and discipline

# Requirements
* Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree mandatory
* Valid Ayurvedic medical registration/license preferred
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Ayurveda, wellness, spa, or clinical practice preferred
* Strong communication and consultation skills
* Passion for holistic healing and wellness industry
