ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: GiveWise Educational Foundation is a growing education-focused initiative dedicated to supporting students with career guidance, academic planning, and entrance exam preparation. Our core mission is to provide free guidance and learning support to students, especially those in Classes 11th and 12th, who are preparing for competitive exams like IIT JEE, NEET, and other entrance examinations. We aim to create a structured system where students can access the right mentorship, free classes, and career direction to build a strong academic and professional future. We are currently in the early stage of building this system and expanding our reach to help more students. -------------------------------------------------- ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Program Coordinator who can help manage and streamline our programs effectively. This role plays a key part in executing student-focused initiatives, including free classes, guidance sessions, and overall coordination. -------------------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage student onboarding and orientation process - Coordinate free classes for IIT JEE, NEET, and other exams - Handle communication with students - Track student attendance and engagement - Ensure smooth execution of classes and sessions - Coordinate with academic and operations teams -------------------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS: - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to manage tasks and follow structured processes - Responsible and proactive attitude - Interest in education and student development - Basic understanding of student handling or coordination -------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a volunteer role as we are currently in the initial phase of building the organization. We are focused on creating a strong foundation and expanding our impact.
