Job Description – Design Engineer
Position: Design Engineer
Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and products as per project requirements.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Create and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability and timely execution.
Review product designs for feasibility, cost optimization, and quality improvement.
Modify existing designs based on customer requirements or engineering changes.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company design procedures.
Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and production.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar 3D design software.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
2–5 years of experience as a Design Engineer in a manufacturing industry.
Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, machining, or industrial equipment design will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
