Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit formalities
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Support performance management processes and PIPs
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR compliance activities
- Drive employee engagement and rewards & recognition initiatives
- Support HR policy implementation and ongoing HR projects

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Data-driven approach and analytical mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in HRBP/generalist activities
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee management
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
