Job Title:
Quote Support Representative
General Purpose:
The Quote Support Representative, working as part of the Sales Support team, is responsible for building quotes for the TPx Sales organization. This role works directly with the US-based Sales Support Team to build quotes based on Sales Team’s specification for what TPx products and services best fit the end customer’s needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs day-to-day quote building activities for the TPx Sales organization based on direction and prioritization provided by the Sales Support Team Lead (based in the US). Quote types include:

Simple (1-2 products, up to 5 locations) quotes

Straight renewal quotes for Small Business Customers (i.e., do not include any changes to their current services)

Adding customer addresses in Salesforce

Opening quote service tickets to address any validation issues.
- Opening quote work tickets to Commercial Deal Desk, Access Management

Does initial Access pricing look-up in a vendor Portal (Connectbase)

When requested by Team Lead, send customer contracts via Docusign.

Maintains detailed documentation and tracker for all in-process and completed quotes.

Ensures quote turnaround is timely and falls within the established SLAs.

Collaborates closely with Team Lead during the quote building activities and performs said tasks based on direction and prioritization by Team Lead

Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
-
Associates (2-yr) or Bachelor’s (4-yr) degree in IT, mathematics, business administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with data entry and query in an Excel spreadsheet

Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams )

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com, CPQ or similar tools) is a plus.

Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong ability to structure and present data in Excel.

Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Communication and people skills to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Ability to do high-quality work independently (with limited direction)
