About the Company
CRSP Connect is a rapidly growing Accounting Outsourcing firm based out of New York, the USA, and India. We provide services like Bookkeeping & Accounting, Payroll processing, Tax Preparation, Virtual CFO, and Offshore dedicated staffing services for small businesses, CPAs, EAs, and accounting firms in the USA & Canada. It would be B2B marketing targeting US & Canadian markets.
The candidate should be focused and possess strong communication skills. Candidates with earlier relevant experience are highly desired and will be given priority.
Responsibilities
- To call the US-based CPA's and Accounting firms and pitch them our services and generate sales.
- Follow Up Calls and Emails to the leads and prospects.
- Involve in all stages of a sales life cycle from lead generation to sales closure.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Maintain relationships with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 4 years prior industry-related US / Canda outbound calling experience.
- Fluent English, Both Spoken & Written communication.
- Interpersonal skills to work with US & Canadian clients.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful client closure strategies.
Shift Time.
- US Shift 7 pm to 4 am IST.
- Salary No bar for suitable candidate.
- Commission / Bonus / Incentive on target achievement.
