Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Skin Faculty to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting professional training sessions for beauticians and therapists, ensuring high training standards, and enhancing technical knowledge related to skincare and aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on skincare treatments and facial therapies.
* Train staff on treatment protocols, product knowledge, hygiene standards, and client consultation.
* Demonstrate advanced skin treatments and techniques professionally.
* Monitor trainees’ performance and provide continuous guidance and support.
* Maintain training records, schedules, and assessment reports.
* Ensure all SOPs and service standards are followed during training.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the beauty and skincare industry.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in skincare training or the beauty industry.
* Professional certification/diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Beauty Therapy.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Good practical knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
* Professional attitude with excellent grooming standards.
* Ability to train and manage multiple trainees effectively.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with salon academies or beauty brands.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring beauty professionals.
